XPIMENT · USAGE FRAMEWORK

Terms of Use

These rules govern access to Xpiment, content publication, payments and relationships between members. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.

Updated: 7 August 2026

1. Access, age and account

Previews of certain catalogues may be public. Opening content, contact details, interactions, purchases and publications require a verified personal account. Information must remain accurate and current. Accounts may not be sold, loaned or shared.

You are responsible for your password and activity from your session. Xpiment will never request your password, OTP or payment validation code by message.

2. Published content

You may publish only text, images and videos for which you hold the rights and where every depicted person is an adult who has consented. Essential information must be complete and honest. Misleading, impersonated, stolen, violent, discriminatory content or content involving a minor is prohibited.

Trafficking, exploitation, coercion, illegal proposals, harassment, third-party contact details without permission, malware and attempts to bypass platform controls are also prohibited.

3. Relationships and safety

Xpiment supplies connection tools but is not the employer, representative, agent or guarantor of users. Before meeting, verify identity, choose a safe location, inform someone you trust and reject pressure. Never send money solely on the basis of a promise.

Progressive contact unlocking and subscriptions limit abusive access and protect advertisers. They are not an absolute certification of identity, legality or quality.

4. XPI, passes, packs and payments

XPI is an internal platform unit and is not guaranteed to be convertible into currency except through an expressly offered feature. Prices, durations, credits and benefits are shown before confirmation. Validated transactions appear in account history.

Member passes provide the stated benefits for their duration. Advertiser packs concern publication or promotion. Fraud, rule violations or account blocking may result in loss of benefits where permitted. Keep your SoleasPay reference and contact support if an anomaly occurs.

5. Review and moderation

Xpiment may reject publication, unpublish, limit visibility, request evidence or block an account when information is incomplete, inconsistent or reported. Blocking may unpublish that user’s adverts and videos. Automated controls do not replace human review.

6. Intellectual property

Xpiment’s brand, design, code and editorial material are protected. Downloading, copying, automated extraction, republication or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Users retain rights to their media while granting Xpiment the technical permission required to host, adapt, watermark and display it while published.

7. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Maintenance, networks, payment providers or force majeure may interrupt services. Xpiment does not guarantee that a profile will produce a meeting, sale or particular result.

Each author remains responsible for their statements and conduct. Promptly report fraud, threats, impersonation or prohibited content; contact competent authorities in an emergency.

8. Privacy

Data is used to secure accounts, perform services, personalise recommendations, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Suspension, closure and appeals

You may request closure subject to retention obligations. Xpiment may suspend accounts for risk, fraud, unpaid amounts, illegal activity or repeated violations. To appeal, provide your identifier, the decision and supporting facts without sharing a password.

10. Contact and changes

These terms may change with features or applicable requirements. The published version applies from its update date. Use support or email xpiment@gmail.com with questions.
